EastEnders' Billy Mitchell has found an unexpected ally in his bid to defend himself from the cheating accusations Bea Pollard has levelled against him.
Bea has pulled her cruelest scheme yet against her friend Honey Mitchell. Using an AI tool, she set up a fake dating profile for Honey's husband Billy using AI-generated voice prompts. As if that wasn't enough, Bea publicly accused Billy of having propositioned her and shared AI-generated voice notes he'd supposedly sent her.

A distraught Honey kicked her husband out of their family home, with Billy spending the night at Phil's. The morning after, in today's episode, Phil encouraged Billy to go and set up his stall as normal and keep his head high to dispel Bea's claims.
Later on, Billy met up with his son Will, trying to plead his case. In an effort to convince him, Billy put his foot in his mouth and told Will that his mum could be "a bit gullible".

"She's not stupid, and neither am I," Will hit back, adding that "half the Square" believed he'd made a move on Bea.
Will stormed off but had to reconsider his dad's words when he overheard Bea trying to manipulate his sister Janet.
"Maybe this will teach him a lesson," Bea said of Billy while speaking to Janet as Will quizzed her about what that meant. Bea played it down, but continued to try and get Janet on her side, calling Billy a "bully". Will insisted his dad wasn't a bully and saved Janet from Bea's grip before heading out to see his dad.
Back at Phil's, Billy was surprised to see Will stopping by.
"I think you might be right about Bea," Will told his dad.
