EastEnders spoilers follow for Monday’s episode (17 November), which is available to watch now on streaming service BBC iPlayer and hasn’t yet aired on TV.
EastEnders has confirmed Harry Mitchell’s fate, after his devastating drugs ordeal led to tragic consequences. Last week, Harry defended Kojo when he was in danger in the flat and ended up accidentally fatally stabbing Okie.
While Harry was prepared to hand himself in for the crime, Teddy secretly stepped in and took the fall for Okie’s death. Things went from bad to worse when Teddy’s self-defence argument was shut down and he was charged with murder.
Upon learning that his dad had decided to plead guilty to murder, Harry continued to spiral and fell deeper into the drug addiction he formed in the weeks he was held hostage.
At the end of Thursday’s episode, Nicola made a devastating discovery when she found Harry lying unresponsive on the sofa at home, having taken an overdose.

Harry was in a very worrying state, but thankfully in today’s episode, it was confirmed that he had made a recovery, though was still struggling in hospital.
Nicola arrived to pick him up when he was discharged and comforted her son, begging him not to give her another scare.
When they arrived home, Harry immediately started drinking and Nicola was furious. She reminded him that his overdose should be a wake-up call and next time he might not be so lucky.

Harry isn’t the only Mitchell boy having a tough time, as Barney is struggling to come to terms with his dad’s imprisonment and he wasn’t prepared to talk to a concerned Avani in today’s episode.
This encouraged Avani and Nugget to confront Ravi, raging at their dad for the damage he has caused to many people in the Square.
Ravi is also facing pressure from Jack since agreeing to become an informant for the police, with Jack urging him to return to the drugs business to gather intel.

But when Ravi made a call and arranged to start dealing again, he was caught by Priya, who was horrified that he was still lying to her about his criminal activity.
Will Ravi be able to come clean about his new role, or will he lose his family forever?
