EastEnders has confirmed Sonia Fowler’s terrifying discovery about Bianca Jackson, in the show’s latest episode.

Last week, Sonia finally decided to watch the video of Bianca confessing to Debbie’s murder, and she was shocked at the state her sister was in.

With the police issuing a warrant for Bianca’s arrest, Reiss grew concerned that she might expose his deadly crime if he freed her from the lock-up.

He told Bianca that he wouldn’t be letting her go after all and advised her to end her life with a bottle of pills, before taking Debbie’s dollhouse back to Sonia.

In today’s episode, as Reiss packed some cleaning products in a bag, he was concerned to find Sonia watching Bianca’s video again.

He arrived at the lockup and found Bianca lying motionless, but when he got closer Bianca revealed that she was still alive and threw the pill bottle at him.

In the laundrette, Lauren continued to question Reiss and doubt Bianca’s guilt. Sonia fiercely defended her fiancé, before suddenly collapsing in pain.

Reiss dashed off when he received a text to say Sonia was in hospital, leaving Bianca alone – but crucially, he forgot to padlock the lockup.

At the hospital, Sonia was told that she had suffered a premature rupture of her membranes, but that the baby was fine. She and Reiss then received the good news that they were having a girl.

That evening, Reiss set off to return to the lockup and almost hit Lauren with his car. With Lauren growing more suspicious, he was frustrated when his car failed to start.

Meanwhile, Sonia was visited by Yolande, and the pair prayed together. Yolande encouraged her to delete the video of Bianca and focus on her health.

Sonia decided to take her advice and looked at the footage one last time. But at the last minute she spotted a dollhouse in the background of the video – the same dollhouse that Reiss had brought home.

With Reiss trapped on the Square, has he finally been caught out?
