EastEnders spoilers follow.
Wednesday's (April 5) episode of EastEnders saw Denzel Danes tell to his dad what caused Kim Fox's car crash.
As viewers will know, Denzel and Kim found their lives hanging in the balance after a shock car accident saw the pair crash into the Argee Bhajee after Kim received messages exposing Denise Fox's tryst with Ravi Gulati.
At the hospital, a distraught Howie watched over his son, who's been left in a critical condition from his injuries.
"I used to watch you sleep for hours. Give me a sign now, any sign," Howie urged.

A guilt ridden Kim later visited the pair at the hospital. But, anxious about Denzel regaining consciousness, she was unable to explain to Howie what happened before the crash.
Back in the square, Kim warned Denise about the incriminating texts exposing her and Ravi getting close, urging her sister to deal with Ravi once and for all.
Later, Denise confronted Ravi and revealed that Kim was aware of their affair, which had caused the horrific accident. She urged him to be a better man, but Ravi remained defiant over the situation, instead pressing Denise for more information on his ongoing police investigation.
However, Ravi's luck ultimately ran out as he was arrested in Walford East while a defiant Denise watched on, seemingly responsible for tipping off the police.

Back at the hospital, Howie and Denise's husband Jack Branning received an update on Denzel's condition when the teenager suddenly regained consciousness.
"The man in the road, is he hurt?" Denzel questioned. But when Howie tried to blame the man for the accident, Denzel shared the truth about what happened.
"The crash, it wasn't his fault. Kim, she was on her phone," he revealed to a horrified Howie.
Will this cause the end for Howie and Kim?
