EastEnders recently re-introduced Freddie Slater to audiences.
The character is the son of original Slater sister Little Mo, and recently returned to the Square, being played by Jade Goody's son Bobby Brazier.
Freddie's arrival has led to speculation we could be seeing a return for Little Mo and Kacey Ainsworth, who played the character from 2000 to 2006, spoke of the rumours.
"I've done so much since I've left," she told the Daily Star. "I'm a regular in an ITV series [Grantchester], we're onto our seventh series of that.
"I've done so many things. Mrs Lovitt [in Sweeney Todd at the Everyman Theatre], I've just finished a play called Lava in London.
"I do so much stuff, I'm not sure there's room at the moment."

During her time on the BBC soap, Little Mo was part of a number of dramatic storylines.
She was in an abusive marriage to Trevor Morgan, with viewers witnessing harrowing episodes such as Trevor forcing her to eat her Christmas dinner.
Little Mo later fought back, hitting Trevor with an iron in self-defence, and was sent to prison after being found guilty of attempted murder.
She was released from custody, later falling in love with and going on to marry Billy Mitchell after Trevor's death in an explosion and fire.
But unfortunately, there was more tragedy for Mo when she was raped by Graham Foster, resulting in her pregnancy with Freddie.
Her decision to continue with the pregnancy eventually led to the breakdown of her marriage to Billy.
Speaking about his character's arrival on EastEnders recently, Bobby Brazier explained: "Freddie comes because he thinks Billy Mitchell is his dad.
"A lot of the audience will remember that story and know the truth. It's not long before Freddie discovers Billy isn't his dad."
He added: "Freddie is like a cheeky charmer, like we've seen before. He's a bit of a lad, but I call him a modern-day lad. He's got this spiritual side and he's philosophical.
"Freddie lives in the moment. He doesn't see too far down the road, so he doesn't think about the consequences of his actions and therefore he gets himself into a lot of trouble quite often."
EastEnders usually airs on Mondays-Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer. Tonight's (September 9) episode will air at 7pm on BBC Two.
