EastEnders has confirmed a return for Rainie Cross in this week's episodes.

Tanya Franks has reprised her role as Rainie, who was last seen on the Square in June, for Stuart Highway's exit story.

Rainie will reappear in Tuesday's episode (August 23), which is already available to watch on BBC iPlayer, after being alerted to Stuart's worrying behaviour.

Panicked, Bernie does all she can to help Stuart as the situation escalates, apologising to him for not realising he was living with PND and for helping Rainie leave the Square.
