EastEnders' Ash Kaur gets more than she bargained for next week on a big day for her family.
Next week's episodes see the Panesar family temporarily try to put recent problems behind them, as they prepare for the opening of their new GP surgery.
Ash, Kheerat and Vinny all plan to be in attendance alongside their mum Suki. However, when Ash seems bothered by a frustrating phone call, Vinny becomes intrigued by what's going on with his sister.

The following day, the grand opening event gets underway and Suki is determined for it to go well.

Suki introduces Ash to a journalist, hoping for some good PR to publicise the launch.
Unfortunately, both are stunned when the journalist shares shocking information, which relates to something that Ash has been hiding.

As we revealed earlier, next week's episodes will also revisit the romantic connection between Suki and Eve Unwin once again.
On the night before the GP surgery launch, Suki and Eve head to McClunkey's together and bond over music.
Suki feels a spark and invites Eve back to her place, where they share a kiss.

Eve hopes this is a turning point for her and Suki, so she turns up to support the Panesars at the surgery event the following day.
When Suki is cold in response, Eve is surprised by her sudden change of attitude.
As they catch up later, it becomes clear to Eve that Suki will always want to hide their relationship – a condition she may not be able to accept.
