EastEnders spoilers follow.
In recent weeks, Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) and Honey Mitchell's (Emma Barton) blossoming friendship has completely broken down after Honey rejected Suki's drunken kiss.
Though the rejection was done gently and with understanding, Suki has immediately gone on the defensive and is doing all she can to make life difficult for her former friend.
As the unpleasantness descends into workplace bullying, Honey decides she's had enough and opens up to her boyfriend Jay Brown (Jamie Borthwick) about the kiss, who then goes to confront Suki's son Kheerat (Jaz Deol). As he then goes to speak to his mother about what's really happening, she's left both mortified and furious at Honey for revealing the truth.

Things soon get heated and Suki suddenly slaps Honey, something which star Emma Barton reveals she found both surprising and exhilarating.
What to Read Next
"Honey's been in Walford 16 years and she's never been slapped before," Barton told Inside Soap. "To have another woman slap you in soap is pretty cool – it's quite a box ticked in terms of iconic moments."
Noting that Honey "wouldn't tolerate this if it was happening to her children", Barton explains that she has no choice but to force her hand and blackmail Suki over what she knows about Jags Panesar's (Amar Adatia) death.
"I think the situation is going to turn around and Suki will be begging for Honey's forgiveness!" Barton exclaimed. "She's like a lion – she'll take so much pulling of the mane, but if you stand on her tail, she will roar. It takes a long time to surface, but when it does, it's impressive. Then people know she means business."

Barton also went on to admit that she thinks some of Suki's traits will have rubbed off on Honey, giving her the strength to fight back.
"I think [Suki] should [be worried]. Maybe Suki's words have brought out something in Honey; she taught her how to deal with things, so perhaps some of Suki's strength has rubbed off. Honey's seen the way Suki deals with things, and now she's giving it to her with both barrels!"
Will Honey and Suki ever be able to forgive each other, or is this really the end of their friendship?
