EastEnders actor Jake Wood has been enjoying the sun during self-isolation.
Posting on Instagram yesterday (April 14), the Max Branning star treated his followers to a sneak peek of his six pack, writing alongside the selfie: "Happy Tuesday everyone. Stay positive x."
It's a good job we've not been documenting our time at home – 'six pack' holds completely different connotations for some of us...

The snap went down very well indeed with Jake's fanbase, who poured onto the comments section with the kind of responses you'd expect.
"Looking good Jake," wrote one user, while two more added: "Sexy... this is why everyone loves Max" and: "Omg hi Jake!!!!"

Last year, Jake lashed out at a video shared by BBC The Social, which joked about ginger-haired people sunbathing.
"Why is it socially acceptable to take the piss out of someone for the colour of their hair and not for the colour of their skin?!" he noted.
"All gingers have experienced being teased and bullied. I’m not even joking."
