EastEnders' Ian Beale will face a new dilemma tonight (March 30) as Dotty Cotton piles on the pressure before Dennis's funeral.
Monday's episode of the BBC soap will see Sharon Mitchell's young son Dennis laid to rest, after he tragically lost his life in last month's boat accident.
Viewers know that Ian (Adam Woodyatt) is harbouring a dark secret over the fateful night in question – and his actions during Dennis's final hours alive.
Ian impulsively locked Dennis in the lower deck of the boat prior to the crash, wanting to teach him a lesson for bullying his son Bobby.
Although Ian ultimately tried to rectify the situation after the boat crashed, it was sadly too late and Dennis passed away shortly afterwards.
Ian will be forced to hide his ongoing guilt in Monday's scenes in a bid to support a grieving Sharon through the most difficult day of her life.
