EastEnders' Billy Mitchell and Karen Taylor look like they could be about to rekindle their romance after a brief split.
With Karen struggling with the pressure of keeping Keanu's departure to herself, tensions had been building between her and Billy as she suspected he knew more than he was letting on.
Billy suspected they may be more to Keanu's disappearance, but his decision to remain loyal to his family and not ask any questions prompted Karen to doubt their future together.
Despite still being angry with Billy, Karen was unable to interfere in tonight's scenes as she learnt his young daughter Janet would no longer be taking part in the beauty pageant.
Shortly after some stern words from Karen, Honey changed her mind and decided to let Janet to take part in the pageant. Later, Billy was surprised when Lola revealed Karen was behind it all.
Touched by her intervention, Billy then paid Karen a visit to thank her. And after admitting that there must be more to Keanu's disappearance, Karen pulled Billy into her arms and kissed him.

With Billy making it clear that his loyalties now lie with Karen, it now seems like there's hope for their relationship after all.
