EastEnders is lining up a terrifying showdown between Gray Atkins and Mitch Baker in next week's episodes.
Viewers know that Mitch (Roger Griffiths) has never warmed to his son-in-law Gray, with their rivalry becoming all the more apparent in recent scenes.
Friday's episode also confirmed a domestic abuse plot for Chantelle, as Gray was seen attacking his wife when they were alone at home.
As Chantelle continues to harbour her sad secret, tensions between the two families will intensify when Keegan announces that he's quitting school.
Shocked over Keegan's decision, Mitch is quick to berate him but is left even more furious when he learns that Gray was behind it.
When a defiant Keegan insists that Gray inspired him to explore other avenues, Mitch is unable to hold back anymore and marches over to Number 1.
