EastEnders revealed Ruby Allen's shocking revenge plan for Ross Swinden tonight (March 21) as her rape story took a new twist.

Viewers know that Ross (Ossian Luke) has been charged in connection to Ruby's assault ordeal and is currently awaiting trial alongside his friend Matt.

Fed up with placing her trust in the law, Ruby (Louise Lytton) has taken matters into her own hands this week – determined to prove what kind of man Ross really is.

Having lured Ross back to Walford under the guise of 'Scarlet', Ruby started to put her plan into action when he turned up at her flat in Thursday's episode.

Despite being confused as to what was going on, Ross took a picture of Ruby when her back was turned and sent it straight to Matt – who was at the pub with Martin.

As Ruby proceeded to flirt with Ross, he walked straight into her trap when she tempted him with a big offer.

Ruby promised Ross that she'd drop the rape case if he said sorry – insisting that she only ever pressed charges due to pressure from Stacey.

After further persuasion, Ross eventually offered a lacklustre apology, but the mood quickly shifted when he came to the realisation that Ruby had spiked his drink. What is she planning? And with her trial just weeks away, could she live to regret this?
