Coronation Street fans believe they've worked out what Tyrone Dobbs is hiding and why he didn't give Summer Spellman a much-needed alibi. Summer has been in the spotlight in recent episodes with the police believing she's the prime suspect in the Theo Silverton's murder investigation.
Summer came into the frame after Kit Green noticed she was wearing the brooch at Carla and Lisa Connor-Swain's wedding reception which was later found covered in blood in Theo's flat..
But on Friday's episode, Summer revealed that Tyrone had seen that Theo was alive when she left his flat on the night of his murder.

Tyrone was then questioned by DS Connor-Swain but he denied everything, with a flashback scene later showing that Summer was telling the truth.
Fans have been wondering why Tyrone would lie but some on social media believe they've worked out the reason.

Theo's death wasn't the only crime to happen on the night of the wedding, as Carl Webster was also crushed under a car in the garage, with a mysterious figure seen walking towards the car before the incident happened.
On Instagram, under a video of a flashback scene showing Theo and Summer, one fan wrote: "I'm more concerned about what Tyrones hiding....was it him who dropped the car on Carl?"
Another added: "Tyrone must’ve attacked Carl why else would he lie and not help Summer out?"
While a third wrote: "I think Tyrone dropped the jack that crushed Carl in the garage."

While Tyrone is now the main suspect among viewers over Carl's accident, one fan wondered if he could be having an affair, since Fizz was with him when he was questioned by DS Connor-Swain.
If Tyrone is the one who crushed Carl he certainly had his reasons, as it was Carl who was responsible for his hit-and-run accident last year.
But with Tyrone unable to provide her with an alibi, how will Summer prove she wasn't the one who killed Theo?
