Coronation Street's Daisy Midgeley and Kit Green have taken the next step in their relationship.
Up until recently. the pair have been seeing each other romantically but neither party has made their relationship official, until tonight.
The episode opens with Daniel Osbourne jogging past Redbank Apartments, where he spies Kit seeing another woman out of his flat in the early hours, sharing a passionate kiss with her before leaving. Daniel looks concerned before continuing with his run.

Later that afternoon, Daniel chats to Daisy in the Rovers, where he gives her a warning about Kit's antics.
When Daisy shrugs it off as a kiss with a friend, Daniel informs her: "It wasn't that kind of kiss, plus he was letting her out of his flat early."

A ruffled Daisy confirms to Daniel that she and Kit are not technically together, so he "can do what he likes", but Daniel admits he doesn't want her getting hurt.

Kit enters the Rovers a while later where Daniel and Adam Barlow are ordering another round with Daisy. Spying an opportunity to get back at Kit she starts flirting with Adam.
When Daniel calls out her flirty behaviour, Daisy denies it embarrassed, leaving Kit with an amused expression.
"What was all that about with Adam?" Kit asks Daisy once the pair have left. "Trying to make me jealous?" he questions, before adding: "Because it worked."

An annoyed Daisy asks Kit to get to the point, when he declares that he thinks that they should "go exclusive".
Daisy tries to make a joke of it, calling him "Prince Kit" and asking for a kiss, with Kit cheekily obliging and planting one on her lips.
Daisy is a little overcome after the kiss and tries to shrug it off, but turning away from Kit her face bursts into a wide smile, clearly happy that their relationship is now official.
