Coronation Street's Adam Barlow is set to make a foolish move in upcoming scenes following the recent revelation that Sarah had an affair with Damon Hay.

Sarah was forced to confess the affair to Adam earlier this month after their young son Harry caught her with Damon and began making some suspicious remarks.

Although Adam agreed to give Sarah a second chance after he initially walked out on her, he's still struggling to trust her.

Adam admits this to Daniel in upcoming scenes and says he doesn't like how much time Sarah has been spending with suave businessman Owen, who is soon set to become her boss at the factory.

Meanwhile, Sarah discovered that she's pregnant earlier this week and revealed the news to Adam. However, she's not actually sure if the baby belongs to Adam or Damon.

Sharing her own thoughts on this dilemma, Tina O'Brien, who plays Sarah, said: "It's more likely to be Adam's as they've slept together more but she knows one of the times with Damon she didn't use protection.

"She realises at this point that she's pretty much blown up her entire life, it's her worst nightmare."
