Summer Spellman has made a desperate choice after Aaron Sandford discovered her secret in Coronation Street.
Friday's episode was supposed to be a celebratory one for the young couple as they were set to go on holiday following their A-levels.
However, they never even got out of Weatherfield after Summer found out she'd got an X in English for being disqualified. Aaron turned up to collect her for their holiday, but Summer suddenly collapsed.

With Aaron now in a panic, Summer eventually woke up and claimed she'd simply forgot to take her insulin. The unexpected delay meant that they'd missed their flight and would be heading back on the tram.

During their ride, Aaron made a shocking discovery when he realised Summer had been skipping insulin doses and cheating on her blood tests.
Once they were back, Summer desperately tried to keep her secret from getting out by once again claiming she'd accidentally messed up her insulin dosage.

Billy's suggestion of getting Summer a permanent insulin monitor didn't go down well, so he tried to calm things down by booking dinner at the Bistro.
As they arrived, Summer pulled Aaron aside for a quiet word. He was shocked when Summer made him an offer — if he kept quiet about her insulin doses, she wouldn't tell anyone he'd been abused by his father!
