Coronation Street has aired the aftermath of Fiz Stape and Tyrone Dobbs' reunion.

Last week's big wedding for Fiz and former partner Phill Whittaker fizzled when Fiz admitted she wasn't in love with her new husband just hours after they exchanged vows.

Phill currently has no idea Fiz went right from their wedding reception to share her true feelings to Tyrone before they shared a passionate kiss.

In Monday's episode, Phill remained determined to win Fiz back around with a series of increasingly-embarrassing romantic gestures.

Meanwhile, Evelyn was excited to see Tyrone was back with Fiz but encouraged the couple to keep the news to themselves for now, especially since Fiz admitted she was anxious about telling Phill the truth.

There was a loud banging at the door of No.9 — it was Phill! Once Tyrone snuck out back, Fiz was bombarded with questions from Phill, in addition to her estranged husband threatening that he'd stand in the way of a divorce if Tyrone was involved.

Later, Fiz made it clear to Tyrone that they'd have to keep their reunion secret for the foreseeable future so she could finalise a divorce agreement with Phill.

Phill remained intent on winning back Fiz, so he went as far as to ask Tyrone to help him plan a romantic dinner where he could prove his love to Fiz once and for all.

Following last week's wedding breakdown, Coronation Street star Jamie Kenna teased Phill's reaction if he were to find out Fiz was back with Tyrone.

"I really think if he found out that it was anything to do with Tyrone the double betrayal of that would be devastating," Kenna said. "It would be a double whammy because he's come to the street and he's built a network but it's all around Fiz, and Tyrone has become a good friend.

"He's becoming a better friend by the day, he's helped to kind of manufacture this situation, he helped Phill find the engagement ring, he put in a good word, so if he was to find out that it was something to do with them two it would be a double loss and a huge double betrayal."
