Coronation Street's Imran left devastated by Toyah's decision

Coronation Street spoilers follow.

In Friday's (October 15) Coronation Street double bill, Imran and Toyah had their latest falling out after she learned he'd been helping Sabeen free Harvey.

Their relationship was already in a precarious situation after Wednesday's (October 13) episode when Toyah told Imran she hated him for cheating on him.

While we know Imran's fling was with Abi, Toyah is still convinced Imran slept with Sabeen; but she still has feelings for Imran and wants to make things work for the sake of their new foster daughter Elsie.

On Friday, Toyah had to reevaluate her feelings again when she found out that Imran borrowed Simon's old work phone that Harvey gave him to do run his drug dealing business.

This is all in a bid to find out information that will exonerate Harvey, and since Sabeen has been working on his appeal case, Toyah figured out that Imran has been helping her. Toyah was even more appalled since it was her sister Leanne and Simon who Harvey terrorised earlier this year.

Not knowing that Imran has been blackmailed by Sabeen to help him, Toyah used Imran's phone when he was distracted with Elsie.

Soon after, Sabeen stormed into the solicitors' office. She was furious because she'd been accused of misconduct and had all her cases taken off her, believing it was Imran's doing.

Imran has no clue what was going on but started to worry when she told him he made an enemy for life out of Harvey.

In the second episode, Sabeen explained she believed that Imran had been forwarding his private messages to her boss. But when Imran realised his phone had gone missing, he figured out that Toyah must be the one responsible.

When Sabeen went to visit Harvey and told that Toyah had jeopardised the appeal case, a furious Harvey vowed to have his revenge on the Battersby sisters.

Coming together after the drama, Toyah admitted she was mad and hurt by what Imran had done and declared they're over. She admitted she loved him enough to get over a one-night stand but not to get over his lies and deceit.

"All the love, all the respect I have for you, you killed it," Toyah said, telling Imran she wanted him to leave as soon as Elsie left

Will they be able to patch things up as they co-parent Elsie? Toyah might need Imran's support when Harvey escapes from prison next week and seeks out Leanne.
