Coronation Street's Rosie Webster is currently living the glamorous life of a TV game show presenter in Japan, but actress Helen Flanagan is eager for the fan favourite to return to the cobbles.
Helen, who bid farewell to Corrie back in 2018 to prepare for the birth of her second child, has admitted that she would "really, really" love to return to Weatherfield. In a pink and sparkling whirlwind, no doubt.
"I do miss Coronation Street," the actress told Entertainment Daily. "I started there when I was nine as a child actress, so obviously it's been a huge part of my life and I've been in and out of it in my twenties. I do really, really miss it."

Revealing that she misses "everything" about Coronation Street, Helen continued: "It sounds clichéd but it really is like a family and I miss everything about it.
"I was brought up on the Street so I miss everything – the storylines, the excitement of filming, the night shoots, the make-up girls, I miss going in and chatting to everyone. To be honest, I miss everything about it."

Helen is currently pregnant with her third child, so an imminent return is off the cards, but would she actually go back to Corrie if the offer presented itself? Of course she would.
"I definitely would love to go back," she said. "I would love to go back at some point. I really, really would."
This isn't the first time Helen has floated the idea of a Rosie Webster comeback. Just last year, she opened up about the possibility of returning, before admitting that it ultimately depends on her children.
"Being on a soap means you have a pretty busy schedule," she explained. "When I went back after having my first daughter it was when she was 18 months.
"It was fine then as I got a lot of the comedy storylines, so it wasn't too heavy. But I was still up at 5am and getting back about 9pm. And then I was travelling back up to Scotland to be at home at the weekend."
Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays on ITV.
