Coronation Street's Debbie Webster will grow increasingly suspicious of Abi Franklin's friendship with Peter Barlow next week.
Kevin's younger sister will arrive back in Weatherfield this week and wastes no time before expressing disapproval over his relationship with Abi.
Debbie's reappearance comes just as Abi has suffered a relapse with her addiction issues, and although Debbie doesn't know this at first, her presence begins to add more pressure to Abi's life.
As we've previously revealed, Abi will become dependent on Peter as she battles with her addiction again – sparking concern from his partner Carla Connor.
Although Carla will warn Peter to be wary of getting too close to Abi given her past feelings for him, he's still keen to support her next week.

As Debbie spies on Abi and Peter from a distance, her suspicions are heightened. But what will she do?
Speaking to Digital Spy and other media about the tensions between Abi and Debbie, Sue Devaney – who plays Debbie – explained: "I think they are two very strong women that speak their mind. If Kevin is happy, Debbie's happy, but I think she doesn't want him to make a fool of himself again.
"She is very wary of Abi, just because of what she has seen. But I think she likes Abi too. I don't think she dislikes her. I think she wants her to be honest and sincere with it – and I don't think Debbie thinks she is very sincere.
"Debbie doesn't keep her nose out. I think she gets her nose right in the middle of things and thinks: 'Right, what is going on?' What she is trying to do is find out if Abi is genuine. Kevin has been hurt so many times, so Debbie wants to make sure it's a strong relationship because he means the world to her."
Sue added: "But Debbie is a woman's woman and I think she is fond of Abi. There is something in Abi that she likes.
"Sally Carman, who plays Abi, is fabulous. I love all my scenes with Sally. I knew Sal before as well, we have a mutual friend, so it was lovely to do my scenes with her."
Coronation Street airs these scenes on Monday, August 31 at 7.30pm on ITV.
