Coronation Street's Shona Platt agrees to move back to Weatherfield next week.
Shona (Julia Goulding) accepts a kind offer to live with her old friend Roy Cropper, even though she can't remember him.
Upcoming scenes see Shona pay a visit to the cobbles, wanting to find out whether her memories will return if she spends time at the Platt house.
When the day becomes overwhelming, Shona heads out of the Platts' home and Roy (David Neilson) finds her lurking outside the cafe.

Keen to support Shona, warm-hearted Roy invites her inside, even though she clearly doesn't recognise him.
Although Shona's key worker Alice soon arrives to take her back to the rehab centre, Roy comes up with the idea of inviting her to stay with him.
Shona gets a tour of the flat alongside Alice and likes what she sees. However, there's a sad moment when the buzzer sounds on the oven and she reaches inside with her bare hands, suffering a nasty burn.

Despite this accident, Shona isn't put off from the idea of living at Roy's. When Roy and David both visit Shona at the rehab centre, she confirms that she's keen to make the move.
While David is pleased to hear that Shona will be living so close to home, he can't help wondering whether he'll ever win her round.
