Coronation Street's Kelly Neelan (Millie Gibson) faces the threat of eviction next week as the fallout from Asha Alahan's (Tanisha Gorey) private video being leaked continues.
Kelly was the one responsible for leaking the video from Corey Brent's (Maximus Evans) phone while the teens were at a party hosted by Amy Barlow (Elle Mulvaney), and the release of the video has resulted in poor Asha being tormented by her school friends.
After Paul Foreman (Peter Ash) learns that Kelly was the one who first shared the video of Asha, he puts pressure on Billy Mayhew (Daniel Brocklebank) to evict her, as the teen is currently staying at Billy's flat.
Although the fact that Kelly lives close-by is a risk, Gary Windass (Mikey North) ends up taking pity on Kelly and begs Billy and Paul to give her another chance and let her stay.
But with Gary still covering up the fact that he killed Kelly's dad Rick in self-defence last year, will he be able to persuade Billy and Paul to give the teen a second chance without giving away too much?

Of course, it doesn't help that Adam Barlow's (Sam Robertson) suspicions over Gary are continuing to grow and during a chat with Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott) he finds out that Ali Neeson recently left Weatherfield after pleading guilty to assaulting Gary.
Gary also attracts even more attention later on when he defends Kelly in the street after Dev publicly blames her for causing so much trouble for Asha.
Will Gary's support of Kelly end up raising more questions, especially considering Adam is keeping such a close eye on him?

Corrie producer Iain MacLeod revealed earlier this year that Adam will play a key role as the soap revisits Rick Neelan's murder storyline.
"Adam is secretly conspiring against [Gary], which will threaten to lead Adam, and therefore the authorities, to Rick's final resting place," MacLeod teased back in January.
"Whether that will actually happen or not is still to be seen – but that will precipitate a big, explosive story."
Coronation Street airs these scenes on Friday, May 8 at 7.30pm on ITV.
