Coronation Street's new Aadi Alahan made his debut in tonight's (April 15) episode, after actor Adam Hussain took over the role.
Previous Aadi star Zennon Ditchett played the role from 2009 until late last year when he stepped down to focus on his A Levels.
The character will be a big part of Asha's storyline, which sees her devastated after she showed her body during a video call with a boy, only to later find out the screenshots have been shared around.
He wasn't a major part of tonight's episode, but was seen in Dev's shop (nicking a bottle of booze) and at Amy Barlow's party, which is where Asha learned that what happened on her private video call isn't as private as she hoped.
As the storyline progresses, Aadi will try and protect Asha and lash out at the people he thinks are responsible. Dev will also find out and to go the police about it.
Speaking about joining the iconic soap, Adam said: "I am excited to play the role of Aadi, putting my own twist on him as the character becomes involved in an important new storyline.

Coronation Street airs Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights at 7.30pm on ITV.
