Coronation Street has revealed a first look at Alina Pop's return, as she seeks a fresh start on the cobbles.
Alina (Ruxandra Porojnicu) is coming back to the ITV soap for new storylines after the success of her previous stint, which saw the show explore the issue of modern slavery.
Next week, Eileen Grimshaw (Sue Cleaver) heads over to Underworld and is hoping to apply for a new Customer Services job.
Sarah Platt agrees to give Eileen an interview, but when Eileen heads back later for her scheduled slot, Alina is there as a rival candidate.

Later, after the interviews have taken place, Seb Franklin (Harry Visinoni) is surprised to see his ex at the Rovers Return.

Seb takes the opportunity to introduce Alina to his new girlfriend Emma Brooker (Alexandra Mardell). Will this be an awkward moment for all concerned?
A few days later, Alina runs into Seb and Emma again and explains that she's now looking for a new place to live.

Seb suggests that Alina should move in with them, offering her the box room in the salon flat.
