Coronation Street has hinted that Bethany Platt and Ryan Connor could finally become a proper couple next week.
The pair will share another kiss after a heart-to-heart, leaving Ryan (Ryan Prescott) hopeful that Bethany finally wants him to be her official boyfriend.
A spark between Bethany and Ryan first developed last year, but they're currently just good friends.
Coronation Street's official website has now confirmed that Bethany addresses their relationship in a chat with Ryan next week, explaining why she has been so hesitant to take things further.
Bethany then moves in for a kiss with Ryan – is it the start of a romance?
Corrie fans know that Bethany has been slowly rebuilding her life over the past two years after her grooming ordeal with evil Nathan Curtis.

One storyline last summer saw Bethany lash out at Ryan while they were kissing on the sofa at the Connor flat, still haunted by the terrible memories of what she'd been through.
Speaking at the time, Lucy Fallon – who plays Bethany – revealed: "It is tough because Ryan didn't have an understanding of what Bethany has been through. She has still got those wounds. She will struggle for a while to form an intimate relationship with him."
