Casualty spoilers follow.

Casualty has revealed a first look at a "major incident" in its upcoming dramatic finale.

Tomorrow night's episode, titled 'Non-Disclosure', will see the conclusion of the 'Internal Affairs' boxset, with a devastating accident set to rock the ED.

Following a tricky start, newcomer Indie has finally settled in to her role as a student paramedic, becoming a vital member of the team. After passing her blue lights ambulance driving test, confident Indie has been enjoying taking the wheel – both literally and metaphorically.

In upcoming scenes, Indie and Jan respond to a call out in a very old ambulance, with Indie in the driver's seat. But while returning to Holby, the vehicle's accelerator jams, causing Indie to crash into the main entrance of the hospital.
