Casualty will air a dramatic decision for Faith Cadogan in her relationship with paramedic Iain Dean.

Faith is still struggling with her drug addiction, even taking them at work. Meanwhile, an unaware Iain asks her to go away with him for the weekend and offers to help her in her recovery, suggesting she should do regular drug testing, an idea which makes her uncomfortable.

Later on, Faith treats medical student Chelsea, who has collapsed. A budding doctor herself, Chelsea insists she knows what's wrong with her, but her attitude only makes Faith suspicious.

However, the doctor doesn't seem to be able to take her own advice. When Iain asks Faith for the drugs test, she confidently hands over Chelsea's sample she took from her earlier, which is obviously clean.

These scenes air on Saturday, July 22 on BBC One.
