The team had a gathering at Elstree for last night's (February 19) episodes, in which Bobby Beale (Eliot Carrington) was confirmed as his half-sister's killer.
The closing moments of Thursday's flashback episode, which was set on Good Friday 2014, saw Jane arrive at the Beale house to find Lucy lying dead on the floor in the living room.
Jane was then shellshocked to be confronted by Bobby, who was still clutching the music box that he had hit Lucy with.
519,359 tweets were sent during the flashback episode, making it the most tweeted-about instalment of a UK soap.
The on-screen revelations mark the end of a whodunit mystery which spanned ten months, beginning on April 18, 2014 when Lucy's dead body was left on Walford Common.
EastEnders will air a 30-minute live episode at 8pm tonight, exploring the aftermath of Bobby's guilt being exposed.
