EastEnders' Chantelle Atkins could be tempted to tell Mitch the truth when he makes another discovery about her husband Gray next week.
Upcoming scenes will see Mitch (Roger Griffiths) grow increasingly suspicious of his manipulative son-in-law, convinced that he is having an affair behind Chantelle's back.
In reality, Gray (Toby-Alexander Smith) is hiding the fact that he has lost his job and he'll be left furious when Mitch uncovers his secret.
As usual, it's Chantelle who bears the brunt of Gray's anger and she is still recovering from the new injuries he's inflicted on her by the time next week arrives.
Chantelle hides her injuries from Gray as she starts her new job at the call centre, having accepted a work offer from Kheerat.
However, when Gray realises just how much Chantelle is suffering physically, he's mortified and insists it won't happen again.
