EastEnders is lining up a lonely Christmas for Patrick Truman, after Denise Fox makes a worrying discovery about his partner Sheree.
Viewers know that Diane (Diane Parish) has never warmed to newcomer Sheree – convinced that Patrick's new love interest is not all that she seems.
Sure enough, Denise will be left believing that her suspicions have been confirmed over the festive season, when she learns some incriminating new information.
When Sheree babysits Amy, the schoolgirl is quick to pick up on her shifty behaviour as she takes a call from an "Isaac" – and later relays this to Denise.
Armed with new information, Denise grows intrigued and becomes more determined than ever to catch Sheree out. After she turns up late on Christmas Day, and Denise later catches Sheree looking at her phone.
Unable to keep a lid on her emotions any longer, Denise angrily confronts Sheree about "Isaac" and demands that she leave.
