Mariah Carey may be one of those really rich people who probably owns just one pair of shoes that cost more than everything in your entire house, but she's not immune to hoarding old clothes like the rest of us.
While the sentimental clothes you hang on to are probably the likes of University hoodies and Global Hypercolor T-shirts, Mariah Carey's are a little different.
In a new interview with Vogue, the superstar reveals that she still has the exact pair of jeans that she wore in the 1999 smash Heartbreaker.
And not only that, but she basically credits herself wearing said jeans as triggering one of the biggest fashion trends of the '90s.
Mariah revealed to Vogue that she modified the jeans because midriffs were pretty big business in 1999. "We ripped the top of them," she said. "I hated the way they were so high-waisted. My friend was like, 'Yo, where did you get those?!'"
She then claimed that she started seeing people all over the place wearing the jeans, probably because of her and the vid. Mariah loves a humblebrag.
