Gemma Atkinson has hit back at Instagram trolls who have criticised her parenting.
The former Hollyoaks and Emmerdale actress and her partner, Strictly Come Dancing's Gorka Marquez, welcomed their baby girl Mia at the beginning of July.
Now, just two months on, Gemma has hit back at those who've been criticising the pair's parenting decisions on her Instagram page.
Alongside a picture of a quote that read "On your mark, get set, go f**k yourself", Gemma added a caption that listed all the things she's been told about how she's raising her daughter wrong.
"She shouldn't have a dummy," she wrote. "It's not cold enough for a hat. I hope you're breast feeding. Get a proper pram. Can't believe you wake her to feed. She doesn't need two blankets.
"She shouldn't be around the dogs. Her head's not supported on that. She's sat too low in the papoose. Put mittens on her. Can't believe you went out without her already.

"Above is just a small list of what's been said to me on here since having Mia. She's not even 8 weeks old," Gemma continued.
"I'm absolutely all for getting help and advice! But there's ways to do it, So to those people who seem to be the unqualified experts when it comes to being a mum, the above is for you. Print it and hang it on the wall next to your perfect parent award."

Her post quickly drew praise from many of her followers, including model Christine McGuinness who shares three children with (now former) Celebrity Juice star Paddy McGuinness.
"Heard it all before," she wrote in a comment. "Raise her your way, she's your baby!"
"Don't justify yourself to a bunch of wanky keyboard warriors," commented another fan. "You're doing amazing & your little girl is thriving. That's all the justification you need."
