But let us assure you, once you've feasted your eyes on the stripped, hot, fit, faf (just every word in the dictionary that means 'sexy') picture of Moonlight's Trevante Rhodes in the latest Calvin Klein campaign, you'll understand one of many reasons why these guys beat La La Land on Hollywood's most famous stage.
Just 24 hours after a confusing time at the Oscars, Calvin Klein revealed Best Supporting Actor winner Mahershala Ali, Alex Hibbert, Ashton Sanders and Trevante Rhodes β the leading men of the Moonlight cast β as the new faces of their iconic ads (which also explains why all four of them turned up to the ceremony in the American designer's attire).
Obviously, for age-appropriate reasons, 12-year-old Hibbert can be seen sporting a classic black CK tee. While the others, well, where do we even begin?
There's Sanders slumped in his briefs, Ali taking off his T-shirt and Rhodes just seductively staring in some super-tight pants.
Actually, they're so close-fitting that your eyes just can't help but wander to his⦠um, incredibly-defined abdomen.

In Moonlight, Alex, Ashton and Trevante all play the same character Chiron, but at different life stages.
Ironically, you can't help but feel it's heavily referenced in the photoshoot β the older the character, the fewer layers of clothing β but jokes aside, perhaps CK was aiming for a tale of a transition into manhood.
