Robert Downey Jr has managed to become the highest-paid actor in Hollywood, but he isn't worth the money according to Gwyneth Paltrow.
The actress said her Iron Man and Avengers co-star shouldn't be getting massive pay cheques when women are earning a lot less for doing the same job.
"Your salary is a way to quantify what you're worth. If men are being paid a lot more for doing the same thing, it feels shitty," she told Variety.
"Look, nobody is worth the money that Robert Downey Jr is worth. But if I told you the disparity, you would probably be surprised."
Last year, Downey Jr made $80 million, which shot him to the top of Forbes' highest-paid actors list for the third year running.
Comparing that to the highest-paid female actor, Jennifer Lawrence, who earned $28 million less than Downey Jr in the same period for the same number of films, reveals quite a difference.
