Kylie Minogue is making her return to the big screen in a new Jamie Adams films. Variety reports that the Australian singer will be starring alongside director Quentin Tarantino, who will be in front of the camera, and a new video shows the two on set together.
In video posted on Facebook by Mike Francis, Minogue and Tarantino can be seen filming together at a restaurant in Porthcawl, Wales. Francis wrote in the caption: "Porthcawl male choir were asked to act as extras yesterday in a film being shot in Porthcawl, imagine our surprise when Quentin Tarantino and Kylie showed up as part of the plot.
"We spent the whole day on set watching the film being made a day not to forget!"
According to Nation.Cymru, the two actors were filming funeral scenes at Newton Church and a wake scene at the Saltwater Inn alongside a Welsh cast.
It is still unknown what the film will be about or what its title will be, but Welsh actors Karen Paullada, Julian Lewis Jones, Craig Russell and Siwan Morris are also part of the cast.
Paullada shared a photo of herself on set on her Instagram, writing: "Awesome filming with @juleslewisjones @craigrussell1977 @morrissiwan and other legends. All steered and put together by the one and only @jdadams1."

Variety further reports that the new film is backed by production company Visor Entertainment in New York, whom Adams met at Tribeca. It will also be Tarantino and Adams' second effort together, with their first being 2026's Only What We Carry starring Simon Pegg and Charlotte Gainsbourg.

Minogue's previous acting roles include Moulin Rouge!, The Magic Roundabout, San Andreas, and Back to the Outback, with her most famous role being Charlene Robinson in Neighbours, alongside Jason Donovan as her love interest Scott Robinson.
In 2022, Minogue and Donovan returned as Charlene and Scott in a special episode before the show's initial end that year, before it was revived and came to an end again last year.
At the time, the singer shared pictures of her and Donovan on set to her Instagram page, writing in the caption: "Now we're back together." Donovan shared the same images on his page, writing: "So good to be back with this absolute legend."
