Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson's new movie Die, My Love has confirmed it will be released in the UK.
The film was shown at the Cannes Film Festival, and became the first major film sale for this year.
As reported by Variety, distributor MUBI has picked the film up for release in the UK, the US, Australia, India, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Germany, and multiple other territories.
Streaming service MUBI also releases films in cinemas and provides weekly cinema tickets through its subscription. The company was founded in 2007, and has carved out a niche releasing international, independent or art-house films, including hosting last year's The Substance on its platform.
Directed by Lynne Ramsay and adapted from Ariana Harwicz's 2017 novel, Die, My Love features Lawrence and Pattinson as a couple living in rural America.

Lawrence's character develops postpartum depression shortly after giving birth, which leads to her suffering with psychosis. Even worse, her husband is seemingly completely oblivious to what she is going through.
Following its screening at Cannes, Die, My Love sits at a very solid 87% on Rotten Tomatoes from 17 reviews from critics.
Multiple reviewers praised Ramsay's direction and how she handles the film's purposefully confusing nature, as well as Lawrence's performance.

Variety quotes Lawrence talking about her own postpartum experience, where she called it "extremely isolating" and said: "Extreme anxiety and extreme depression is isolating, no matter where you are. You feel like an alien."
