Adult Swim cartoon Rick and Morty is being adapted into a game that looks a lot like Pokemon.
The upcoming role-playing title will launch as a free download on January 14 for mobile devices.
As shown in the brief clip above, the game borrows several elements from the Pokemon series. For example, players are challenged to duels by other characters that happen to be in their path.
The twist, however, is that you summon "Pocket Mortys" to do your bidding rather than Pocket Monsters.
Rick and Morty recently found its way to the UK via FOX UK as part of a wider deal for Adult Swim content.
It follows the adventures of alcoholic scientist Rick and his grandson Morty, who journey around the universe using inter-dimensional travel.
