It's a case of good news / bad news for Marvel fans - as a planned spinoff from Agents of SHIELD has reportedly been scrapped.
Adrianne Palicki and Nick Blood were set to star in the new show as their SHIELD characters Bobbi Morse and Lance Hunter.
However, according to Deadline, ABC has decided not to order the series, after renewing both Agents of SHIELD and the Hayley Atwell vehicle Agent Carter.
It is currently unclear if Palicki and Blood will now remain with Agents of SHIELD for its third season.
ABC is also working on a second, top-secret new Marvel show with 12 Years a Slave screenwriter John Ridley, whose drama American Crime was also just picked up for a second season at the network.
Marvel's Agents of SHIELD will air its second season finale - a two-hour special - on May 12 in the US.
