Couples Come Dine with Me: Channel 4, 5pm
The Channel 4 show has been given a twist - this time, three couples will compete for the cash prize of £1,000.
Beginning with competitors from north London and Hertfordshire, husband and wife Dawn and Simon, free spirits Darren and Sian, and lawyer Ayesha and astrophysicist Stephen battle it out to win the dinner party challenge.
The 100: E4, 9pm
The post-apocalyptic drama starts on E4 tonight, set 97 years after nuclear Armageddon destroyed Earth. The only survivors were 400 inhabitants of international space stations, who were in orbit at the time.
The stations banded together to form the 'Ark', forming an ultra-strict social order where all crimes are punishable by death. The first episode sees 100 exiles sent down to Earth, to see if it safe for the community to return. Starring Eliza Taylor, Paige Turco and Thomas McDonell.

The drama featuring an ex-con who takes the identity of a dead man and assumes the job of a small town's sheriff returns for a second season.
Hood (Antony Starr) deals with the aftermath of the shoot-out with Mr Rabbit (Ben Cross) and his crew of Ukrainian mobsters, which results in him having to explain himself to Jim Racine (Zeljko Ivanek). Meanwhile, Rabbit's daughter and the sheriff's old flame Carrie (Ivana Milicevic) is handed over to her estranged husband Gordon for further questioning.
