Warner Bros has settled part of its Smallville lawsuit.
The studio has reached an out of court agreement with Tollin/Robbins Productions, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The production company has submitted papers to dismiss its $100 million claim on DC Entertainment's parent company over its financial handling of the Superman television adaptation.
The company had previously claimed that Warner Bros has cost it more than $13.4 million (£8.3 million) by secretly including DC into the show's 'profit pool'.
The Smallville television show concluded in 2011 after ten seasons.
Developers/show runners Miles Millar and Alfred Gough still maintain lawsuits from the original case against Warner Bros through their Killara Productions and Leonardtown Productions.
