DC has announced good news for two of its live-action TV shows, with Doom Patrol and Titans both confirmed to be getting a fourth season.
The renewals were announced at this weekend's DC FanDome fan event, with HBO Max confirming that both shows, which are currently airing their third seasons, have had another season greenlit.
Doom Patrol has shared a celebratory video on Twitter to mark the occasion, with stars including Diane Guerrero (Jane) and Joivan Wade (Victor Stone / Cyborg) revealing the big news, while we have also been gifted a new mid-season trailer for the remaining episodes of the show's third run.

The new trailer reassures us that things won't be getting any less strange for the unlikely heroes of the Doom Patrol as the season continues, with the gang seemingly turning into puppets as well as having to deal with "insidious cutthroat terrorists" the Sisterhood of Dada.
As Larry Trainor (Matt Bomer) puts it in the trailer, "How does this crap keep happening to us?"

Titans, meanwhile, released an impressive compilation of fight scenes from the show on Twitter, with the caption "we go again!" – a phrase which actor Brenton Thwaites (Dick Grayson / Nightwing) also excitedly shouts at the end of the video.

Both shows originally debuted on the DC Universe service, before moving over to HBO Max.
Doom Patrol's third season has seen the gang suffer a tragic loss before going their separate ways – but the arrival of the time-travelling Madame Rouge (Michelle Gomez) has set them all on a new path.
The third season of Titans, meanwhile, has featured the heroes travelling to Gotham City, with Dick teaming up with Police Commissioner Barbara Gordon (Savannah Welch) to protect the city and the gang being forced to battle their former teammate Jason Todd / Red Hood (Curran Walters).
It has not yet been confirmed when the fourth seasons of Doom Patrol and Titans will air.
