Nanny, the film that won the Grand Jury prize in the US Dramatic Competition at this year's Sundance Film Festival, has dropped its trailer ahead of release later this year.
The film stars Titans actress Anna Diop as Aisha, an undocumented woman from Sengal who takes a job as a nanny for an affluent white family in the hope that she can raise enough money to bring her son over with her.
But, as time goes on, she starts to see a "violent presence" in her dreams and in the mirrors. Is there something actually haunting her, or is the paranoia and stress of her situation taking its toll?

Following its premiere and critical acclaim at the Sundance Film Festival back in January, the film was the centre of a bidding war between different distributors, with Amazon Studios and Blumhouse joining together to gain the rights.
The plan is to release the film in cinemas in November after a showing at the Toronto International Film Festival this month, followed by a release on Prime Video for subscribers to stream later in December.
Responding to the trailer's drop and release date announcement, Diop tweeted: "Nanny is in theaters November 23! Blissed out by this news."

Nikyatu Jusu, making her directorial debut, also tweeted about the announcements, writing: "Thankful for the creative freedom we've been gifted at every stage of this process – since the inception of our big, little film that could."
Meanwhile, Titans was announced to be getting a fourth season, which may have come as a surprise considering all the DC superhero projects that have been cancelled following the corporate merger of Warner Bros and Discovery.
Nanny will be released in cinemas on November 23 for a limited time, and will be available on Amazon Prime Video from December 16.
