Strictly Come Dancing star Vicky Pattison has shared a sweet tribute to dance partner Kai Widdrington ahead of the show tour. In a lengthy social media post, the star also admitted that she was feeling "a little bit scared".

The Live Tour is due to kick off this evening at the Birmingham Utilita Arena, with Vicky taking part alongside fellow 2025 season stars including Harry Aikines-Aryeetey, George Clarke, Lewis Cope, Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, Ellie Goldstein and La Voix.

Taking to Instagram today, Vicky posted a picture alongside Kai, writing: "It's show day… I honestly thought that I might have got a bit of a handle on my nerves after @bbcstrictly, dancing live every week infront of millions.. but this tour has brought all those familiar feelings back.. and even though I am excited to be back dancing, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little bit scared!!"

Praising Kai, Vicky revealed that he has "held [her] hand, calmed [her] down and been the best partner a girl could ask for throughout this entire experience", saying she was "so lucky" to have him.

"A complete gent, coming in early to rehearse when I'm feeling unsure, reassuring me and always there for me with a kind word! I'm dead grateful for you pal!" she continued.
