Strictly Come Dancing's Amy Dowden has shared an update with fans after her tearful moment in last night's results show, which saw and her celebrity dance partner Thomas Skinner eliminated from the competition.
The duo were the first couple voted out of this year's season after receiving the week's lowest score and landing in the bottom two, opposite Chris Robshaw and Nadiya Bychkova. Following the dreaded Dance-Off, all the judges voted to save Chris and Nadiya.
When the result was announced, a visibly emotional Amy stated that she had "lost all confidence as a dancer" due to the last few years, in which she was diagnosed with cancer and went through treatment.
She thanked Thomas for helping her gain some of that confidence back, stating that they had such a laugh during their time together.
On Monday morning, Amy shared on her Instagram Stories that she had come back to Wales and was enjoying a spa day in Newport.
