Strictly Come Dancing star Ross King has admitted that he considered quitting the show when the rehearsals began due to his perceived lack of dancing talent.
Appearing on It Takes Two in the week, King stated that he wanted to throw in the towel and give up, but is proud of himself for sticking with it and taking to the dancefloor with professional partner Jowita Przystal.
"It's true – I have never danced. I can't dance," he said. "That first week when you took me in the studio – at one point I did genuinely go, 'maybe I need to put my hand up and go, this is not for me. 'Cause I just don't think I'll even get through the actual routine from start to finish.'
"So to actually start it and finish it, I was quite happy.
"Obviously Jowita tried to kill me with the slide at the beginning. I nearly took out three cameramen!"

"I'm so happy and pleased," Przystal added. "I know it didn't go as well as he wanted. But he never stopped. He continued, he kept up.
