This Morning star Dr Zoe Williams has shared a health update after having a heart procedure.
The doctor, who regularly appears on the ITV daytime show, revealed back in October that she was in hospital with a heart issue, which came after "a year of health blips".
Zoe has now opened up about her health in a new interview, explaining that during the experience she had to draft an emergency will from hospital.

"I had to, for the first time, consider my own mortality," she told New Magazine (via MailOnline). "I didn't think I was going to die, but I also didn't feel completely certain that I wasn't going to die in that scenario, hence the makeshift will."
The star shared that she has had a procedure "which means that won't happen again", and has received a positive update from her cardiologist.

"I've been reassured by the cardiologist that it's not anything I've done, my heart is actually very healthy," she said. "It's just a thing where some people are unlucky."
Zoe further called the experience a "gift" and a "wake-up call" over what's important in life.

Confirming the health scare in October, the star wrote on Instagram that while she was "ok", she "wasn’t certain that [she] would be for a while".
"It’s been a year of health blips," she added. "The most worrying being my heart. But I’m ok. Writing an emergency will from your hospital bed, just in case, is not the one though. But I’m ok."
The star added that it is "interesting how we can be thankful for these experiences" and that "they can make us see clearly what matters [and] what doesn’t".
Meanwhile, Zoe welcomed a baby son called Lisbon Lion Williams-McKay with her partner Stuart McKay.
This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV1 and ITVX.
