This Morning star Dr Zoe Williams has announced the name of her newborn baby son – Lisbon Lion Williams-McKay.

Born at her South London home and weighing 8lbs, the fresh bundle apparently had a name even before he was conceived, as Williams and her partner Stuart McKay decided to commemorate the place they first met.

In an interview with HELLO! magazine, the medical practitioner explained: "We had picked out the name Lisbon very early in our relationship, before he was even conceived."

Revealing he's already living up to his middle name, Lion, the proud mum continued: "He's a strong little boy, he did a press-up on my chest within his first hour of being born."

Further into the conversation, Williams recalled of her son's birth: "It was a beautiful moment when Stuart and I were facing each other in the [birthing] pool, we looked down and he was there in the water.

McKay went on to add: "There were two of us, then all of a sudden there were three of us, just as nature intended. It sounds stressful but the reality was far from it. Zoe was incredible and I had complete confidence everything would be okay."
