Loose Women's Coleen Nolan has paid tribute to her sister Linda, who passed away at age 65 on January 15.
Linda was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2006. It sadly returned in 2017 and later spread to her brain, liver and bones.
Shortly after Linda's passing, Coleen took to Instagram to share a message for her sister.
"I am utterly devastated by the passing of my sister, Linda," she captioned a picture of the two of them.
"Linda was a beacon of love, kindness and strength," she continued.

"Her wit, humour and laughter was infectious, her presence could light up any room. Linda had a heart full of compassion and always knew how to bring comfort and joy to those around her."
Coleen concluded: "Her memory will live on in the many lives she touched, and while we miss her more than words can express, we take solace in the love and warmth she shared will all of us. Rest in peace, Linda. You will forever be in our hearts."
Linda, Coleen and their sisters Maureen, Bernie, Denise and Anne rose to fame in the 1970s as family-formed music group The Nolans.
Coleen's Loose Women co-hosts Ruth Langsford and Kelly Holmes shared messages of condolences in the comments section.
"I'm so, so sorry Col. What a fight she fought," Ruth wrote. "Condolences and love to you and all your family."
"So sorry to read this sad news Col," Kelly commented, offering support from herself and her partner Louise Cullen. "Like everyone, Lou and I are sending you and your family love and strength."
In August 2024, Linda confirmed she was receiving a new kind of treatment following the progression of her cancer. Later that year, Coleen shared Linda was "still having treatment".
In 2013, their sister Bernie passed away from cancer and Anne was also diagnosed with breast cancer in 2000, which returned in 2020. That same year, Anne announced she was cancer-free.
In 2023, Coleen shared that she had been diagnosed with skin cancer and that she would undergo treatment for carcinoma on her shoulder and pre-melanoma on her face.
