Loose Women took a pause from its regular format, as Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews and rapper and presenter Jordan Stephens made their debut in a special Loose Men episode for Mental Health Awareness Week.
Craig Doyle and Jeff Brazier returned alongside Matthews and Stephens in today's episode, as the panel opened up about what modern manhood looks like.
"[I'm] delighted to be joining the Loose Men panel alongside Craig, Jeff and Jordan," Spencer said earlier this week. "Mental Health Awareness Week is all about encouraging open conversations and we hope that by delving deeper into the key issues specifically impacting men and young boys today, we can encourage wider discussion and generate greater support."

Jordan echoed the same sentiment ahead of the episode's debut, adding: "I am really excited about being a 'Loose Man' for the very first time and taking a seat on the panel.
"With conversations about the rise of the manosphere in the news at the moment, I am looking forward to discussing what it really means to be a man in the modern world. I can't wait to spend my lunchtime with the Loose Men!"

In the past, Jordan has spoken about how he uses his writing to cope with difficult feelings, previously saying in Anna Richardson's podcast It Can't Just Be Me: "I find that in my life, I write often as a means of escape or survival.
"If I'm feeling a particular way and I feel overwhelmed with a particular feeling, then I'll write it down as an attempt to process it."
Before today's Loose Men episode, returning panellist Craig Doyle shared his excitement as he talked about the importance of discussing the issues being brought up.
"I'm looking forward to heading up the Loose Men panel once again, especially during Mental Health Awareness Week, to discuss some of the most important issues facing men today," he said.
"It's more important than ever that we explore how men can be positive role models. There will be plenty of laughs along the way too. Bring it on!"
The Loose Men format first debut in 2020 and has since returned as a reoccurring spin-off, with panellists discussing a range of issues including fatherhood, relationships and mental health.
